Space Project!

This is my final design and final outfit from my white project based on the theme of space. I made the jacket, vest and trousers inspired by astronauts and aliens.

Ooh Quilted bodice!

Thought quilting seems quite spacey so I did a quilted bodice with pointed shoulders and a long neck, I like it..

AlienWear

Been playing some alien inspired games lately and I've been waiting for the time to do some silly designs of aliens playing dress-up. Just thought it would be funny.

Seen a photo of a good friend and one of my constant muses and felt the need to do a digital version, I think my aim is for them to be as surreal and unusual as possible, hence the giraffe.

Fashion Artwork

A few more pieces of fashion illustration in the form of artwork, more like conceptual fashion illustration. I wanted both pieces to be very surreal and interesting.

Fashion Illustration Experiments

While I will always remain faithful to my markers, I decided to experiment with other techniques to do fashion illustrations with such as collage and embroidery.

Distorted portraits

In these portraits I distorted them by lengthening the neck and hands and by making the eyes and mouth bigger, they ended up looking like the models for my fashion illustrations.

Here are some pencil drawings I done under my Stone age theme, I wanted to merge fashion illustration and art so I produced pencil drawings which contained my dess and shoe designs.

Skyrim inspired armor

 

To lead on from my mass effect inspired armor, I decided to do an illustration inspired by the daedric armor from Skyrim.

Alot of my designs are inspired by games I play rather than fashion magazines I read, this one is inspired by some of the armor in Mass Effect.

Photoshop Designs

I recently tried out doing some fashion illustrations using photoshop by pasting images over a model, in this case - Lara Stone and then shading it to look fitted, still prefer the markers but I think it works quite well.

Stone-Age Final peice

This is my final peice I designed and made for the theme of "The Stone Age" it features over 650 jewel beetle shells, 1500 crystal gems, 90 seashells and 300 feathers among other creepy materials.
